Ouma rusks literally means “Grandmother’s Rusks”.  It is a well know South African brand of rusk made from a traditional South African recipe for beskuit. The dried bready snack is usually dipped in coffee or tea before being eaten.  Buttermilk chunky rusks are everyone’s favourite.
